How we help with My Aged Care

We offer one-on-one, personalised support to help you:

  • Understand the My Aged Care system – We explain what services are available and how to access them.
  • Register with My Aged Care – We assist you with signing up and preparing for assessments.
  • Navigate home care packages – We help you apply for and manage your My Aged Care home care package to suit your daily needs and lifestyle.
  • Attend aged care assessments – We can support you before, during and after your aged care assessment.
  • Find local services – We help connect you to aged care support in Dubbo and surrounding areas.
  • Make updates or changes – Already registered? We can help you update your care plan or change providers.

Who is this service for?

Our aged care support services in NSW are free and available to seniors who:

  • Are aged 65+ (or 50+ for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people)
  • Need help with one or more daily tasks
  • Are living at home and want to remain independent
  • Don’t have someone who can support them through the process
