Lived Experience Advisory Panel

Help us shape better services for communities

Social Futures values the insights and expertise of our Lived Experience Advisory Panel (LEAP). The panel helps ensure the voices of people with lived experience inform how we design and deliver services for our communities.

The panel is made up of people with lived experience receiving support for themselves, or as a carer, from community services such as:

  • Mental health and wellbeing;
  • Disability support;
  • Children, youth and family support;
  • Disability employment;
  • Community housing;
  • Homelessness; or
  • Domestic and family violence?

LEAP members meet online and receive sitting fees for their time and contributions.

Expressions of Interest for this year’s intake have now closed. We thank everyone who expressed interest in joining the panel and look forward to welcoming our new members.

If you’re interested in becoming a member of LEAP in the future, you can follow us on social media or check back to this page as we will update both when EOI’s are open again.
