Social Futures has a range of services to support people who are experiencing homelessness, at risk of homelessness, or in unstable housing.

If you need support in finding somewhere to live we have a range of housing assistance services in the Northern Rivers that can help. Please click on the links below to find the right service for you.

Are you 16-24 years old, and need help paying your rent?

Rent Choice Youth and other Government subsidies are available. Click here to find out more.

Are you a landlord or real estate agent?

You can help rewrite the endings for young people facing homelessness. Generous rental subsidies are available to help young people sustain a tenancy, while providing greater security to agents and landlords. Click here to find out more.

Assertive Outreach

We bring support to you. Our Assertive Outreach Team works with people sleeping rough in the Tweed Heads and Byron Bay areas.

Our dedicated program workers are here to either help you directly or help you access a wide array of services tailored to your needs.

Housing assistance in the Northern Rivers

At Social Futures, we provide housing assistance in the Northern Rivers Region. We connect individuals who are experiencing homelessness, or at risk of homelessness to a range of support services to create stability and a stable living environment.

We strive to empower individuals by offering personalised support tailored to their unique housing needs. We help people develop the tools they need to maintain their housing and thrive in their communities.
