Most people will experience a mental health challenge at some point. Head to Health can link you to a range of mental health resources and supports. We offer caring and helpful support in a calm, safe and inclusive environment.
Social Futures will deliver Head to Health services through a central hub in Muswellbrook and the surrounding LGAs of Scone and Singleton via outreach.
To access our service simply walk into our Muswellbrook office at 160 Bridge Street. You can also call the national Head to Health helpline 1800 595 212 to request an appointment or for service information.
