Care finder services are free for older people who:

  • Are living independently in the community
  • Have questions about My Aged Care
  • Need help with one or more everyday tasks
  • Do not have family who can help.

Care finder services can assist you to access the aged care system, connect with aged care supports, access health programs, and find and connect with other services and programs.
