From 1 July 2026, the care finder program across parts of Western NSW will be run by Marathon Health.

During June, there will be a changeover where Social Futures and the new team will work together. From 1 July 2026, Marathon Health will fully run the program.

You will not be left without help during the change. The program is still the same. Only the organisation running it is changing.

If you are on High Level Check-In, our team will phone you to check that your supports are still right for you.

No, you do not need to do anything right now.

A Social Futures representative will contact you to talk through the transition to Marathon Health and answer any questions you may have, including discussing your consent for your information to be shared so your support can continue smoothly.

Yes. From 1 July 2026, your care finder will be from Marathon Health.
