The redevelopment of the Old Byron Hospital site into a for-purpose community hub is progressing well. Byron Shire Council is redeveloping the site and expects to hand it over to Social Futures around May 2024.
Complementing for-purpose tenants in the Byron CoLab will be one of Australia’s leading universities.
Byron CoLab has room for 22 for-purpose organisations seeking space from 16 m2 up to 103 m2. The site will welcome both commercial and not-for-profit organisations. There is also a tenancy available for a café.
