We all deserve a safe place to call home – especially children and young people. Jazmyn experienced homelessness from the age of 16, couch surfing and moving between friends’ houses. Then she got in touch with Social Futures Connecting Home program.

Homelessness in Australia is on the rise among children and young people aged 12–24, but we can’t always see it. It is hidden homelessness. We all deserve somewhere safe to call home, especially children and young people.

Social Futures has a range of services to support people who are experiencing homelessness, at risk of homelessness, or in unstable housing in Northern NSW. Learn more about our Housing and Homelessness programs here or phone us on 1800 048 310
