In addition, Medicare Mental Health is available across our region and is operated by trained mental health workers who offer information and support to connect to local mental health and wellbeing services. Veterans Connect supported Veterans and their families on the NSW Central Coast and NSW Hunter Region. The program helped to improve their mental health and wellbeing by setting personalised goals, building resilience and linking them to local, health, social and community services.
