Veterans Connect is a free service supporting veterans and their families on the NSW Central Coast. We help to improve their mental health and wellbeing by setting personalised goals, building resilience and linking them to local, health, social and community services.

At Veterans Connect, experienced Care Coordinators will listen to your story, support you to identify the goals important to you, and connect you with the best providers to support your needs. To contact Veterans Connect on the Central Coast, call 1800 719 625 or email [email protected].

Who is eligible?

Any ADF veteran, defence force reservist or family member residing with the Central Coast Local Government area.

How do we help veterans?

If you are struggling to navigate the services, your Care Coordinator can help find a way forward with support and referrals. They will act on your advice and provide choices.

They can offer help in the following areas:

  • connection with physical and mental health services such as GPs, allied health professionals (physio, podiatrists etc.)
  • connection with social and community services
  • increase understanding of your overall health and wellbeing.

We can assist with single service referrals all the way through to complex cases that require extensive support.

If you need immediate support call Lifeline Australia on 13 11 14.
