Mijung Jarjums Kids in Mind is an early intervention service, developed to improving wellbeing and resilience of children and young people, their families and carers, so they can thrive.

We help children and young people to:

  • manage feelings of anxiety, grief and loss, and stress
  • nurture a sense of emotional wellbeing and resilience
  • learn how to express feelings in healthy ways

It’s about recognising when our kids need a little extra support, and ensuring that those children who are vulnerable to developing mental illness, get the help and support they need. The free program is available to children, young people (up to 18 years) and their families in the Northern Rivers.  We provide flexible, responsive, practical support using creativity, play and the young person’s own interests.
