Are you a provider transitioning to the Support at Home Program? Changes are coming, as our Federal Government is moving to a new model for home care service delivery, stemming from recommendations from the Royal Commission into Aged Care.
We delivered local Commonwealth Home Support Program providers a range of capacity building workshops and forums from July until December in 2023 in partnership with Tweed Shire Council and the national Aged and Community Care Providers Association.
