Are you looking for a youth workshop to reduce the harm of alcohol or other drug use?

The Bridge is offering a free Youth Health Promotion Program for young people in the Hunter. The program is designed to enlighten, engage, and empower young people by raising awareness about the impact of alcohol and other drugs (AOD) on their developing brains, physical and mental wellbeing, and relationships.

Empower your youth today for a brighter tomorrow with the Youth Health Promotion Program

  • Tailored workshops: We customise our sessions to meet the unique needs of your students and community, ensuring maximum relevance and impact.
Interactive and fun: Our workshops are engaging and practical, encouraging students to actively participate and apply what they’ve learned in real-life situations.
  • Focus on harm minimisation: We equip young people with effective strategies and help-seeking behaviours, providing them with the tools they need to navigate the challenges associated with AOD.
  • Community collaboration: By working alongside local youth services, we connect participants with essential support networks, enhancing their access to valuable resources.
  • Youth empowerment: We offer a platform for young voices to be heard, allowing them to contribute to future program designs and make informed decisions regarding AOD.

Where will workshops be held?

We’re delivering the program to Singleton, Cessnock, Maitland, Kurri, and Muswellbrook. Our Singleton hub is located at 2/16 Cambridge St, Singleton.
