At Social Futures, we value all feedback from our customers (participants and clients), staff , community members and stakeholders and use all feedback to improve our services.
On Whispli you can submit feedback on what we are doing well, what we are not doing well or any other activity of Social Futures staff, volunteers and Board members that you are aware of that does not align with the values that we strive to achieve or is or may be criminal. Whispli provides a safe way for Whistleblowers to report what they know.
Your submissions are always anonymous and will be forwarded to relevant staff to investigate and resolve.
Social Futures staff members are reminded that we have a staff grievance procedure. Grievances are managed through Folio with reports being made confidential and having restricted access.
