Byron Shire Council is preparing a 10 year Bike Plan and it’s first Pedestrian Access and Mobility Plan (PAMP) – and they are seeking your ideas and suggestions about what they can do to improve footpaths and/or cycling networks and infrastructure  in your area.

Head to a Design Workshop

You’re invited to participate in a series of Design Workshops being hosted by Byron Shire Council in mid-October (dates to be confirmed) to identify and prioritise future pedestrian and cycling infrastructure projects.  If you are interested in participating in the Design Workshops, please email [email protected] so they can keep you informed about dates, times and venues.

Complete the online Survey – www.yoursaybyronshire.com.au

Please have your say on footpaths and cycle ways in the Byron Shire by completing the survey here.  The survey is open until the end of September and your responses will help to inform the Design Workshops and the draft 10 year Byron Shire Bike Plan and Pedestrian Access and Mobility Plan.  Both of these draft plans will be placed on public exhibition for community comment prior to finalisation.

Contact: Email:  [email protected] with your input and ideas.
