Supportive employers will receive FREE assistance, such as on-boarding WIN employees, “Working it Out Training” workshops to assist employers manage mental health in the workplace and development as an inclusive workplace.

Nearly half (45%) of Australian adults will experience a mental health concern at some point in their life. WIN assists people who have experienced mental health challenges return to employment. Through this innovative initiative, Social Futures, (in partnership with ON-Q), are committed to help create mentally healthy workplaces, as a way to be more inclusive of people who have experienced a mental health challenge.

Ideal industries we’re looking for include childcare, early childhood education, aged care, retail, IT, electronics, hospitality, stock filling, bakeries, cleaning, removals, car wrecking, community services, labouring, truck driving, road works, bush regeneration, construction, warehousing and hardware. Employment opportunities can be anywhere from 3 to 30 hours per week.
