Social Futures is seeking two motivated and skilled people to join our Connecting Home program. This exciting opportunity will see you working with young people (aged 16 - 24) who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
You will be joining a passionate and innovative team where no two days will be the same. Your previous experience in a similar or transferable position will see you providing high quality, customer centric assistance, with a perfect mix of case management and phone-based intake support.
To be successful in this position you will be able to demonstrate your ability to work collaboratively within a trauma informed approach in your engagement with young people and their families. Your skills in working with young people will assist in offering ideas around working with family conflict and challenging behaviours, providing safety and stability within the family home.
