Social Futures is a community, not-for-profit organisation that works to achieve social justice in regional Australia by supporting collaboration, encouraging action and helping people to take control and live well.
The Administration and Reception Officer plays an important role as the face of the Social Futures. The role provides;
- Excellent customer service both face to face and on the telephone to our service users, the community and stakeholders
- Responding to service users in a manner which reflects the principles of Social Futures’ Practice Framework
- Administrative support to all of Social Futures varied programs and services at the location
The position forms part of the People & Quality team. The People & Quality team has an emphasis on excellent customer service and providing a high level of support, guidance and advice to all levels of the organisation in relation to their corporate support needs.
The position works closely with all staff within Social Futures and will contribute to a collaborative and cohesive culture within the organisation.
