Human-Centred Design Online Training

The Department of Finance, Services and Innovation and FutureGov have created Human-Centred Design online training, which is designed to build capability across the non-government sector. Human-centred design is widely regarded as a best practice approach to designing human services that deliver meaningful outcomes.

The training complements the NGO Benchmarking Model (link is external) and the Human Services Outcomes Framework (link is external), which help NGOs adapt to the new world of outcomes-based contracting. The training is intended to underpin and drive a cycle of continuous improvement and customer-centred service design and delivery.
