Nurtured Hearts Approach – Free training for parents/carers of a child with a disability and early years educators

- learn simple techniques to feel more in control when faced with challenging behaviour;
- gain a deeper understanding about “intense” behaviour in children;
- develop more connected and loving relationships with children and family; and
- develop ways to increase positive behaviour in children at home, school and in the community.
Facilitator: Monica Barnes is a certified trainer in the Nurtured Hearts Approach and a parent of children with additional needs. She has been working with children for over 17 years. Her goal is to see the greatness within everyone.

Registration is required to secure your place in Social Futures’ workshops. For fee-paying workshops, you may pay by credit card or by Electronic Funds Transfer upon check out. Your registration details will be confirmed upon receipt of your payment.
As we are a not for profit organisation we are unable to provide refunds, but are if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person who meets the entry criteria. Please let us know of any changes to the participants who will attend.
Workshops may occasionally be cancelled due to insufficient numbers. If this is necessary, we will notify you as soon as possible and a full refund will be given.
