Social Futures seeks a Performance Analyst to support the North West Alliance (NWA) Ability Links and Local Area Coordination (LAC) program managers to ensure these contracts are delivered by implementing efficient information management and reporting processes.

Both these programs are delivered by Social Futures and external delivery partners or subcontractors, requiring coordination and liaison with internal & external stakeholders on a regular basis. The role involves data analysis, interpretation, developing data management tools, monitoring performance and submitting contractual reporting requirements.

The role involves communications planning, developing and managing content, managing brand compliance and approvals as well as working with internal & external communications staff.

StandBy support after suicide service is a community-based postvention program developed in response to an identified need for a coordinated community response to assist families, friends and associates who have been bereaved through suicide.

This position will assist the Program Coordinator to deliver a coordinated community response and support to people bereaved through suicide.

This position is available in either Lismore or Grafton, depending on successful applicant. Travel within the region is requirement with the use of own comprehensively insured vehicle.

Youth Group Facilitator – The Clubhouse

This position provides group work for The Clubhouse – Outreach & Links to Learning Program.
