Goori Youth Project Worker

Bunjum Aboriginal Corporation in Ballina seeks to employ a male, experienced, qualified project worker with high motivation level and ability to be innovative and creative in program delivery. Closing Date: Monday 19 March 2018.

The Goori Youth Projects project is to increase engagement, school attendance and improve educational outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander high school students at risk of disengagement in the Ballina area, focusing on years 7 to 9.

Aboriginal Trainee Administration/Finance officer

Namatjira Haven has a position that is ideal for a local person interested in becoming an Accountant or high level Bookkeeper. Closing date: 14 March 2018 5pm.

You will be trained in finance at TAFE level initially and then onto diploma or degree level. You will have set paid hours to enable you to gain your qualifications whilst having some regular income. This is an opportunity for someone already skilled in maths and the use of computers. It requires someone with a passion for getting things perfect.

Aboriginal Youth Project Officer – CONNECT

CONNECT is a not-for-profit, incorporated organisation facilitating programs for young people throughout the Northern Rivers region from Tweed Heads to Coffs Harbour, and West to Woodenbong and Bonalbo. CONNECT programs support young people to engage with school and successfully transition into education, training and employment. Application deadline extended until 14 February.

The Aboriginal Youth Project Officer will work within the Future Tracks program.

This role is part-time (28 hours per week)
